Other Announcements

Altar Flowers: Consider the dates that you might like to provide the flowers in 2010.  They can be given in honor of a person or event, or in memory of a loved one.  The cost is $30 for two vases.  Two families may split the cost for a Sunday if they wish to do so.  Families can also opt to use the artificial arrangements and the flower offering will go in the current fund.

Kroger Cards-- Please continue to use your Kroger cards for all Kroger purchases throughout the holiday season.  Community rewards are tied to your customer (Kroger Plus) card. Almost all purchases earn rewards including out-of-pocket co-pays for prescriptions.  If you are signed up, the bottom of your receipt will state, “At your request, Kroger is donating to St. Timothy Lutheran Church.”  If you are not signed up, go to www.kroger.com (you will need to create an account &/or sign in) to register St. Timothy as your Community Rewards recipient.  A form is also available that will allow you to register at the front desk in the store. (Rewards are not earned on the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, postage stamps, Kroger gift cards, bottle deposits, lottery tickets, fuel & fuel center purchases, office services (e.g., faxing), and sales tax.)

Coupon Books for Sale by the Catechism class to raise funds for trips (e.g., Youth Quake), and the annual retreat at Camp Otyokwa.  They cost $20 and are loaded with coupos for restaurants (dining & fast food), area attractions, recreational activities and much more for Mansfield & Ashland area locations.  We will sell these until the end of January.  Most coupons are good until 12/31/2010.

Ministry leaders are needed to coordinate Community Outreach and the Communion Deacons.

Classrooms are in need of cleaning and renovation for children's ministry & other needs.
